Recuro Media Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your use of the free services, software and websites (the “Service”) provided by Recuro Media. Our Privacy Policy explains the way we collect and use your information. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you’re using our Service on behalf of an organization or entity (“Organization”), then you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that Organization and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the Organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refers to that Organization.

Copyright Retention
The Service allows you to upload video files and other materials (together the “Media”). You retain ownership of your Media, but by uploading it onto the Service, you are granting us a license to process, adapt, publish, transmit, host and display that Media for the purpose of (i) providing you the Service and associated support; and (ii) analyzing and improving the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to remove Media on the Service that violates these Terms or that we otherwise reasonably believe may create liability for the Service.

Fees and Payments
1.1. Fees for Services. You agree to pay to the Service any fees for each Service you purchase in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for that Service. Fees paid by you are non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms or when required by law.
1.2. Price Changes. The Service may change the fees charged for the Services at any time. The Service will provide you with reasonable prior written notice of any change in fees to give you an opportunity to review your use of the Service before the change becomes effective. The current fees for the Service will always be displayed in your workspace together with your Media.

Limitation of Liability
We have no liability for any loss, damage, or misappropriation of your Media under any circumstances when you are using the Service.
